This example is particularly pertinent because the data itself was not completely incorrect. In fact, every piece of information within that specific notification was technically accurate:

- The amount was legitimate

An AI system analyzing this data may have viewed the information being presented as an accurate, routine request for payment. But a human reviewing this notification would have immediately noticed that the number being presented was the account number and not in fact the amount owed. Not only that, but they would have immediately grasped the emotional and contextual implications to the customer receiving the billing statement of what appears to be a massive, unexpected charge.
