Position description:

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Temenos Journey Manager product line.
  • You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, implementing software solutions using Temenos Journey Manager Platform.
  • Responsible for creating and modifying current product journeys and implementing mechanisms to integrate with external systems using SOAP and REST API’s.
  • Develop A/B Testing scenarios that help to adjust customer journeys.
  • Ensure solutions meeting technical and business goals related to scalability, security, usability, and maintainability.
  • Experience with third party system integrations using Exchange Packages between form transactions and back-end business processes.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within existing systems and processes.
  • Identify potential risks associated with proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.

 

Required and Desired Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with Temenos Journey Manager, Journey Exchange, Journey Analytics.
  • Front or Back End Development experience.
  • Strong experience with React, JavaScript, Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework and Spring Boot Applications.
  • Experience with core banking systems and payment systems.
  • 10+ years’ of development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and web frameworks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience with Temenos Lifecycle Management Suite, MuleSoft and/or T24 Transact is an asset.
